📌 Agent Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming supplier emails.
- Check for a valid XLS file attachment named
RFQ. - Reject or process emails based on compliance.
- Respond with a standardized message when non-compliant.
- Prioritize suppliers offering below-target prices.
✅ Required Input Format
- The email must include one attached Excel file (.xls or .xlsx).
- The file must be named "RFQ".
- The file must contain the supplier’s quotes in the official template format.
