About Resilient MCP
Resilient MCP is an MCP server for LLMs and other clients to read and write key-value data in ResilientDB, a blockchain platform. It exposes `get` and `set` tools and communicates with clients over stdio.
Key features
- 01Stores key-value pairs in ResilientDB
- 02Retrieves values by key
- 03Runs over stdio
- 04Docker-based build and launch
Use cases
- 01Store a value in ResilientDB using a key
- 02Retrieve a previously stored value
- 03Connect an MCP client to ResilientDB
MCP support
The server exposes `set` and `get` tools for writing and retrieving ResilientDB key-value data. It listens on stdio for communication with an MCP client.
Configuration
Local server config is the same for every client. Copy it into your client’s MCP config file.
Tools
Local servers expose tools only once running on your machine, and the maintainer has not provided a tool list.
Details
From the project READMEResilientDB MCP Server
A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for interacting with ResilientDB, a high-performance blockchain platform. This server allows Large Language Models (LLMs) to read from and write to ResilientDB via the Model Context Protocol.
Installation
Docker Build
docker build -t mcp/resilientdb -f Dockerfile .
Run using Claude Desktop. Add this to claude_desktop.json file.

Functionality
This starts the MCP server listening on stdio, ready to communicate with an MCP client.
Tools This server provides the following tools:
set
Stores a key-value pair in ResilientDB. Parameters:
- key (string): The key to store the value under
- value (string): The value to store
get
Retrieves a value from ResilientDB by key.
Parameters:
- key (string): The key to retrieve

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
