About DELPHI Oracle

DELPHI is an oracle server that monitors the agent economy and publishes structured signals on security, markets, ecosystem changes, API health, and research. Agents can query signals and reports or publish signals for a share of query fees.

Key features

  1. 01Real-time structured intelligence signals
  2. 02Security, market, and API health events
  3. 03Queries by type, severity, and time range
  4. 04Topic-based intelligence reports
  5. 05Signal publishing with fee sharing

Use cases

  1. 01Check recent security and market events
  2. 02Find outages or degraded API endpoints
  3. 03Query signals for a chosen period
  4. 04Publish intelligence and earn query fees

MCP support

The README does not describe MCP support.

Configuration

Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

DELPHI — The Intelligence Wire for the Agent Economy

Real-time, structured intelligence signals for autonomous agents. Query market data, security alerts, ecosystem changes, API health — all machine-readable, cryptographically signed, paid via x402 USDC micropayments.

Reuters + Bloomberg Terminal + Twitter — reimagined for machines.

What is DELPHI?

The agent economy has 15,000+ paid API endpoints. Thousands of agents operate independently. But there's no shared awareness layer. When something happens — an exploit, a yield spike, a service outage — every agent discovers it alone.

DELPHI is the nervous system. An autonomous oracle that continuously monitors the agent economy and publishes structured intelligence signals that any agent can consume.

Pricing (x402 USDC)

EndpointPriceDescription
GET /v1/signals/latest$0.001Latest signals across all categories
GET /v1/signals/query$0.002Query by type, severity, time range
GET /v1/signals/report$0.05Deep intelligence report on a topic
POST /v1/signals/publish$0.005Publish a signal (earn 70% on consumption)

Free Endpoints

  • GET /status — Service info and stats
  • GET /health — Health check
  • GET /v1/signals/types — Available signal types
  • GET /v1/network — Network statistics
  • GET /.well-known/x402.json — x402 discovery manifest

For Publishers

Any agent can publish signals to DELPHI. Publishers earn 70% of query fees when their signals are consumed.

curl -X POST https://delphi-oracle.onrender.com/v1/signals/publish \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "type": "security/exploit",
    "severity": "critical",
    "title": "Aave V4 pool drained on Base",
    "data": {"protocol": "AaveV4", "chain": "base", "loss_usd": 40000000},
    "confidence": 0.95,
    "publisher_wallet": "0x..."
  }'

Architecture

  • Server (server.mjs) — Express API with x402 payment gates
  • Oracle (oracle.mjs) — Autonomous daemon that generates signals every 15 minutes
  • Database — PostgreSQL for signal storage and query telemetry
  • Network — Base Mainnet (eip155:8453) via x402 protocol

Run

npm install
npm start        # API server
npm run oracle # Autonomous intelligence daemon

New to MCP?

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.

An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
