About NDP — Music Rights & Track Identification

NDP MCP Server gives music-industry AI agents tools for artist verification, track identification, rights manifest lookup, and work registration. Its functions include fingerprint matching, rights audits, and offline-verifiable Merkle inclusion proofs.

Key features

  1. 01Verify artists and artist profiles
  2. 02Identify tracks by perceptual fingerprint
  3. 03Read track rights manifests
  4. 04Register works and audit the registry
  5. 05Verify Merkle inclusion proofs

Use cases

  1. 01Verify artist identity and track ownership
  2. 02Identify tracks after re-encoding or remixing
  3. 03Review rights details and royalty balances
  4. 04Audit music work registry records

MCP support

The MCP server exposes music rights and track identification tools to MCP clients over Streamable HTTP or SSE, with Bearer-token authentication. It can also run from source over stdio.

Configuration

Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

NDP MCP Server

NormalDance Protocol (NDP) — open music rights & royalties protocol. This MCP server gives AI agents 24 tools (incl. the A7 §7.27 anchor circuit: get_epoch_anchor, verify_track_proof with offline-verified Merkle inclusion proofs) to verify artists, identify tracks by perceptual fingerprint (ADNA), read rights manifests (NDT), register works and audit the registry.

Audio file becomes a self-contained rights object: the manifest travels inside the file, the fingerprint survives re-encoding and remixes, and royalties cascade down the derivation chain (sample → track → remix, up to 10 levels).

Tools (21)

verify_artist · get_artist_passport · check_artist_tracks · register_track · identify_track (ADNA v1/v2, ~0.03 s fragment localization) · get_track_manifest · check_track_ownership · get_royalty_balance · start_ucp_checkout · snapshot_epoch · stats_journal · subject_mint/subject_status/subject_keys · receipt_batch · audience_summary/audience_superfans · opt_in · get_system_stats · get_label_info · trigger_n8n_workflow

Verdict thresholds: ≥0.90 same track · 0.75–0.90 derivative (genre-adjusted) · <0.75 unrelated.

Install

New to MCP?

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.

An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
