Inventory Intelligence & Optimizer
RemoteAbout Inventory Intelligence & Optimizer
An MCP server for inventory teams that calculates order recommendations, stock risks, and supplier-grouped buying queues from stock lists and optional sales history. It accepts common business column names and can generate a Python script for local analysis of larger datasets.
Key features
- 01Calculate order quantities, reorder points, and safety stock
- 02Identify overstock and tied-up cash
- 03Group purchase queues by supplier
- 04Generate local analysis scripts for larger lists
Use cases
- 01Plan quantities for weekly replenishment
- 02Find overstocked items and tied-up cash
- 03Prepare supplier buying lists within a budget
MCP support
Provides inventory analysis tools to MCP clients over Streamable HTTP and uses OAuth 2.1 for sign-in. Larger lists can be analyzed locally with a generated Python script.
Configuration
Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

Any other MCP client

Tools
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
inventory_optimizer | Scores up to about 200 products and 2,500 sales rows: order quantities, reorder points, overstock, cash exposure and a supplier-grouped purchase queue. |
inventory_optimizer_get_engine | For larger stock books: returns a runnable Python script that does the same analysis locally, so the data never leaves the user's machine. |
Example prompts
- “Here's our stock report. What should we order this week and how much?”
- “Which items are overstocked and how much cash is stuck in them?”
- “Build a purchase list grouped by supplier within a budget of ₹5,00,000.”

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
