Stateless public Streamable HTTP MCP server with three read-only tools:
evaluate_opportunityget_public_resourceprepare_activation
It has no D1, KV, R2, Durable Object, secret or private API binding. It never calls the registration endpoint or performs platform writes. It fetches only bounded JSON from fixed public https://earn.plushwipes.com endpoints, rejects redirects, and treats failures as a stop condition.
server.template.json is intentionally non-publishable until the exact GitHub owner/repository and the deployed Workers subdomain are read back. Generate server.json only after those values are verified, validate it with the official mcp-publisher, then publish once under the approved scope. Never retry an ambiguous Registry publication.
