About GenPark Merkle DAG State Verifier
GenPark Merkle DAG State Verifier is a Python engine for verifying agent state transitions, tool-call histories, and tamper-evident audit logs. It is intended for AI Agent workflows and also runs as an MCP server.
Key features
- 01Merkle tree verification
- 02Agent state transition checks
- 03Tool-call history verification
- 04Tamper-evident audit logs
- 05Python standard library only
Use cases
- 01Verify state changes in AI Agent workflows
- 02Check tool-call histories
- 03Maintain tamper-evident audit logs
MCP support
It implements a native MCP server that MCP clients can run with `python mcp_server.py`.
Configuration
Local server config is the same for every client. Copy it into your client’s MCP config file.
We haven’t collected a package or remote endpoint for this server. Follow the instructions in the project README.
Tools
Local servers expose tools only once running on your machine, and the maintainer has not provided a tool list.

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
