If there are 0 results, the recovery path is **always** returned in meta.unapplied_conditions, and meta.region_retry is included only when names to retry can be provided (0 results does not mean 'none exist'). region_retry contains only names within the province/city in the query; if none was provided, it contains only the city/county/district names referred to by the token. **Romanization is supported only for provinces/cities** ('Seoul' and 'Jeju-do' work; 'Gangnam' does not) — use Korean for city/county/district and below |
