Usage notes for AI agents
- Call
list_filter_valuesfirst if you are not certain which code a make, model or filter value has. The search API silently ignores unknown values — an invalid filter may cause the full inventory to be returned. - Kia Niro naming: the electric Niro is
e-niro(model years up to 2023) andniro(2023 onwards, "Niro EV"). For recent electric Niros, combinemodel=nirowithfuelType=electricity. - Multiple values per filter are comma-separated:
make=audi,bmw.
Example call
{
"make": "kia",
"model": "niro",
"color": "blue",
"fuelType": "electricity",
"odometerMax": 60000
}
Returns matching vehicles with year, mileage, price, monthly payment estimates and a direct link to the listing.

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
