One connection covers everything BumiAtlas has:

• Land parcels (bidang tanah) from ATR/BPN's public land map: certificate number, NIB, right type (Hak Milik, HGB, HGU, Hak Pakai…), declared and mapped area, year, side lengths
• HGU (Hak Guna Usaha) plantation land rights: holder, area, land use, expiry and decree numbers
• Mining concessions from ESDM (IUP, IUPK, KK, PKP2B), plus HPH logging and HTI pulpwood concessions and conservation areas
• Zoning from OSS RDTR detailed spatial plans: zone, sub-zone and special provisions at any point
• Land value zones (ZNT) and flood hazard (BNPB InaRISK)

Tool	Description
Parcel_search	Find parcels by certificate number (14 digits), NIB, village code + NIB, or latitude, longitude
Parcel_get	Full parcel record: right type, declared vs mapped area, sides, village, zoning, land value zone, flood hazard; boundary as GeoJSON
Parcel_overlaps	Parcels, HGU, concessions and conservation areas overlapping a parcel, with shared area
Parcel_find_village	Look up BPN villages by name or code, or decode a certificate number

HGU and concessions

Tool	Description
HGU_search	Search HGU rights by holder, province, land office, land use or active status
HGU_get	Full HGU record: holder, area, land use, validity, decree numbers; boundary as GeoJSON
Mining_search	Search mining licences by holder, group, commodity, licence type, province or status
Mining_get	Full licence record: holder, commodity, stage, start and end dates, area; boundary as GeoJSON

Zoning and hazards

Zoning_get	RDTR zone and sub-zone at a point or by id, with the plan's regulation and special provisions
Zoning_summary	Zoned area by zone and sub-zone for a village or regency/city
Flood_get	BNPB InaRISK flood hazard class (low, medium, high) at a point
