About Flowzap
Flowzap is an MCP server and reference set for FlowZap Code, a DSL for mapping business processes and creating workflow, sequence, and architecture diagrams. It provides syntax guidance and diagram tools for coding tools and AI agents.
Key features
- 01Validate FlowZap Code
- 02Create diagram playgrounds
- 03Retrieve syntax guidance
- 04Export graphs and convert artifacts
- 05Compare and apply diagram changes
- 06Browse examples and templates
Use cases
- 01Validate a business process diagram
- 02Generate diagrams from artifacts
- 03Review and apply diagram edits
MCP support
The MCP server exposes seven tools for validating FlowZap Code, creating playgrounds, retrieving syntax, exporting graphs, converting artifacts, comparing diagrams, and applying changes.
Configuration
Local server config is the same for every client. Copy it into your client’s MCP config file.
Tools
Local servers expose tools only once running on your machine, and the maintainer has not provided a tool list.

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
