If the customer gave only a city name, ask them for the full postcode before calling this tool. |

| transfer_time | string | No | Pickup time as HH:MM (Europe/London). Optional for a quote, but pass it whenever you know it: rush-hour rules and the last-minute surcharge (under 3 hours before pickup) depend on it — so always pass it for same-day requests. It is never assumed; the result states the price basis. |
