Environment variables to set
BSS_API_KEYSecretOptional API key from bankstatementsheet.com/dashboard. Without it the free anonymous tier applies (5 conversions/month, Excel and CSV).
BSS_ALLOWED_DIRSDirectories PDFs may be read from (path-delimited). Defaults to the working directory and ~/Downloads.
BSS_MAX_FILE_MBMaximum PDF size in MB before upload is refused locally. Default 50.

Local servers need a runtime on your machine (e.g. Node.js 18+). Config file locations differ by client; see your client’s docs.
