About FlipLetters
FlipLetters MCP lets AI agents create split-flap and flip-dot board videos using the flipcode text format. It supports drafting, validation, MP4 rendering, and sharing through team libraries or Postiz.
Key features
- 01Draft boards using flipcode
- 02Validate board code and get share URLs
- 03Render boards as MP4
- 04Share boards to team libraries
- 05Send media to Postiz for scheduling or posting
Use cases
- 01Create a departure-board-style video
- 02Check flipcode drafts before rendering
- 03Share a board with a team
- 04Schedule or publish rendered media through Postiz
MCP support
Exposes tools for flipcode references and examples, board validation, rendering, team sharing, and Postiz workflows. A hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint and a local stdio server are available.
Configuration
Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

Details
From the project READMEFlipLetters MCP
The Model Context Protocol server for FlipLetters. FlipLetters makes split-flap and flip-dot board videos (the look of an old train-station departure board) with synthesized mechanical sound. Boards are written in flipcode, a small open text format. This MCP lets AI agents draft and validate boards, build Studio share links, render MP4s, and send boards to a team library or a Postiz social queue.

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
