About Invoke Human Tool
Invoke Human Tool is a remote MCP server that lets an AI agent ask a person a question or send a form, then retrieve the response. People can write, tap, or type on an Apple device or in a browser, for tasks such as approvals, decisions, reviews, and sketches.
Key features
- 01Send worksheets, approvals, reviews, or sketches
- 02Collect responses with HTML or HUI forms
- 03Invite others to a handoff
- 04Delegate a reassignment-enabled handoff
- 05Validate a document without sending it
- 06Check status, wait, and read results
Use cases
- 01Get human approval for an agent action
- 02Collect answers to a form or worksheet
- 03Request a review or decision
- 04Add visual detail through a sketch
MCP support
The service exposes MCP tools through a remote Streamable HTTP endpoint and uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. MCP clients can send handoffs, check their status, and retrieve submitted results.
Configuration
Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

Tools
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
send_handoff | Send a worksheet, form, approval, review, or sketch to the person. |
send_html_handoff | Send a form the person taps or types. |
send_ui_handoff | Send a HUI 0.1 form. |
validate_ui | Check a HUI document without sending it. |
share_handoff | Invite more people to a handoff. |
delegate_handoff | Forward a handoff you can reassign. |
get_handoff_status | Read one handoff's status. |
get_handoff_result | Read the completed answer. |
wait_for_handoff | Wait until the handoff is submitted. |
The send, share, and delegate tools reach a real person, so clients should treat them as actions that need confirmation.

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
