Environment variables to set
LAYOUTBRIDGE_SPM_LICENSE_KEYSecretLicence key for this workstation (from the purchase receipt). Alternatively put the key into a file and set LAYOUTBRIDGE_SPM_LICENSE_FILE.
LAYOUTBRIDGE_SPM_LICENSE_FILEPath to a file containing the licence key. Used when LAYOUTBRIDGE_SPM_LICENSE_KEY is not set; default location is the application data folder of layoutbridge-spm.
LAYOUTBRIDGE_SPM_LOG_LEVELCall log detail: off, basic (default; no document text, user name removed from paths) or full (unfiltered, for a support case only).
LAYOUTBRIDGE_SPM_INSTANCE_NAMEOptional label for this workstation's licence activation. Default is a random identifier without personal data.
LAYOUTBRIDGE_SPM_CONFIGOptional path to a config.json with house defaults (e.g. PDF export preset, tracking warning threshold, minimum image resolution).

Local servers need a runtime on your machine (e.g. Node.js 18+). Config file locations differ by client; see your client’s docs.
