Official Dubai real estate data for AI agents, served over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
DXB Data serves official Dubai Land Department (DLD) property data to AI agents: live sale prices, price per m², and gross rental yields for every Dubai area, auto-updated daily. Works with Claude and any MCP-compatible client.
Connect
Remote MCP server (streamable-http):

In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL, save. Then ask: "Using DXB Data, what's the rental yield in Business Bay?"
