  2. 02Resolve company names and URLs to boards
  3. 03Re-check whether an individual job is open
  4. 04Report posting age and long-open signals
  5. 05Track history and detect reposts in paid search
  6. 06Read-only tools with structured outputs

Use cases

  1. 01Find engineering roles by location and remote status
  2. 02Check whether a listing is still open
  3. 03Identify old or potentially reposted listings
  4. 04Search jobs across multiple companies

MCP support

The MCP server exposes four free local tools for fetching jobs, resolving boards, checking job status, and listing starter boards, plus a paid Apify-backed company search tool. The paid tool requires an APIFY_TOKEN.

Configuration

Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.

An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
