About Father-MCP
Father-MCP is a server for AI models and developers building MCP-enabled applications. It provides MCP documentation, configuration validation, and starter server code generation.
Key features
- 01Browse MCP documentation and examples
- 02Validate server configuration
- 03Generate server code templates
- 04TypeScript implementation
Use cases
- 01Look up MCP concepts while developing
- 02Check an MCP server configuration
- 03Create a starter tool, resource, or hybrid server
MCP support
Provides MCP tools for retrieving documentation, validating configurations, and generating server code templates.
Configuration
Local server config is the same for every client. Copy it into your client’s MCP config file.
We haven’t collected a package or remote endpoint for this server. Follow the instructions in the project README.
Tools
Local servers expose tools only once running on your machine, and the maintainer has not provided a tool list.
Details
From the project READMEFather-MCP
A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed to help AI models understand and create their own MCP implementations. This server provides tools and documentation to facilitate the development of MCP-enabled applications.
🌟 Features
- Documentation Tools: Access comprehensive MCP documentation and examples

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
