About Dictator Alert (via FlightDB)
Dictator Alert is an MCP server for researching government and VIP aircraft through FlightDB. It helps OSINT researchers and others examine ADS-B flight histories, aircraft records, and airport visits.
Key features
- 01Search aircraft by registration, country, owner, or ICAO hex
- 02Review aircraft profiles and flight histories
- 03Analyze visits and stays at airports
- 04Compare routes and airport arrival trends
Use cases
- 01Trace a government jet’s flights over time
- 02Find regime aircraft arriving at a specific airport
- 03Check how long an aircraft stayed at an airport
MCP support
Connects to MCP clients over Streamable HTTP at the FlightDB endpoint and uses Google OAuth. It exposes aircraft, flight, route, and airport search and analytics tools.
Configuration
Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

From the project READMEDictator Alert MCP — track dictators' planes with AI
The successor to Dictator Alert, rebuilt as an MCP server. Follow the jets of authoritarian leaders, heads of state and royal families from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP-compatible AI assistant, powered by FlightDB.
Ask in plain language: "Where has Lukashenko's plane flown this year?" or "Which government jets landed in Geneva last month?" — and get answers from unfiltered ADS-B flight history.
Independent project. Not affiliated with the original Dictator Alert or its authors.

- Transport: Streamable HTTP
- Auth: Google OAuth

Why FlightDB
- Unfiltered ADS-B data from ADS-B Exchange — no LADD/PIA blocking, unlike FlightRadar24 or FlightAware
- Full flight history per aircraft since 2016, not just the last 7 days
- Registry records with owner and operator for government and VIP aircraft
- Airport-level analytics: who landed where, how often, and for how long

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
