About resale
resale is an MCP server for an AI-native timeshare marketplace, with data linked to Florida DBPR and CFPB government sources. It is intended for accessing marketplace and source-linked timeshare information.
Key features
- 01Timeshare marketplace data
- 02FL DBPR source-linked data
- 03CFPB source-linked data
Use cases
- 01Consulting timeshare marketplace information
- 02Reviewing data linked to FL DBPR
- 03Reviewing data linked to CFPB
MCP support
It exposes timeshare marketplace and government-source-linked data through a live MCP endpoint for AI agents.

From the project READMERootz MCP Servers
Registry entries for the Rootz family of AI-native, origin-verified data services, published to the official Model Context Protocol registry.
Each server exposes a live MCP endpoint (https://<service>.rootz.global/mcp) that AI agents can call for verified, primary-source data — companies, US politics, vehicles, shipping, rentals, and timeshares. Where a dataset is cryptographically signed, its records verify to a signed origin; where it is not, that is stated plainly.
| Server | Data | Signed records |
|---|---|---|
io.github.rootz-global/politics | 25,546 US officials, bills, votes, positions | ✅ Ed25519 |
io.github.rootz-global/origin | 8,000+ SEC public-company profiles from EDGAR | ✅ origin leaf |
io.github.rootz-global/shipping | Oil/LNG/grain trade, sanctions, fleet, emissions | ✅ signed |
io.github.rootz-global/cars | 247k used vehicles, 507 dealers | source-linked |
io.github.rootz-global/rental | Caribbean vacation-rental registry | source-linked |
io.github.rootz-global/timeshare | Timeshare marketplace + FL DBPR / CFPB data | source-linked |
Publishing is automated via GitHub Actions OIDC — see .github/workflows/publish.yml. The io.github.rootz-global/* namespace is granted by the org identity; no secrets or DNS records are used.
Principles: Origin not trust · Measurements not trust · Primary sources over fragments.

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
