MCP server for the Cafe24 Admin API. Lets Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT manage a Cafe24 mall: list and edit products, set variant stock, read orders, post board articles — with human approval on writes.

Setup (one time)

1. Create an app at Cafe24 Developers (log in with your Cafe24 mall account → 파트너 가입 → App 관리 → ADD PRODUCT → Web).
   • Redirect URI must be https:// on a domain you control — Cafe24 rejects http:// and IPs. Any page works, even one that 404s: the code arrives in the address bar (e.g. https://yourdomain.com/cafe24/callback).
   • 권한선택 (쇼핑몰 운영자): 상품·주문·게시판 → 읽기+쓰기, 상점 → 읽기. 타임존 Asia/Seoul. 저장.
   • Note the Client ID and Client Secret Key (인증정보 → 보기); your mall id is the subdomain of your admin ({mall_id}.cafe24.com).
2. Authorize once (stores a token in ~/.config/kmcp/cafe24/<mall_id>.json):

   It opens the mall admin; click 동의함; the browser lands on your redirect URL with ?code=…. Paste that URL back into the terminal within 1 minute. (With an http://localhost redirect the CLI catches it automatically — local dev only.) Access tokens last 2 h and refresh themselves; the refresh token rotates and lasts 2 weeks, so if the server goes unused longer than that, run auth again.

Verified live against a real mall (2026-10): products, variants, inventory write, orders, boards, token refresh rotation. Writes are applied immediately but a read within ~1–2 s may still show the old value.

Optional env: CAFE24_REFRESH_TOKEN (seed a token without the browser step), CAFE24_API_VERSION (default 2026-09-01; if Cafe24 retires it the client switches to the version Cafe24 names in its error and continues), CAFE24_SHOP_NO (default 1), CAFE24_REDIRECT_URI.
