Environment variables to set
CPFS_WORKSPACEAbsolute path to the workspace root CPFS will manage (defaults to the current working directory)
CPFS_DASHBOARD_PORTPort for the CPFS dashboard web UI (defaults to 8765)
CPFS_DEBUGSet to '1' to enable verbose debug logging

Local servers need a runtime on your machine (e.g. Node.js 18+). Config file locations differ by client; see your client’s docs.
