TeTsuki Gateway is a hosted MCP service for checking whether a domain has a usable `llms.txt`. It fetches the file live and reports its presence, basic structure, and a 0–100 score.

MCP support
Exposes the `check_llms_txt` tool over hosted MCP HTTP. MCP clients provide a domain and receive the source URL, fetch time, content hash, existence status, and score.

This is a live fetch of https://{domain}/llms.txt on each call. It is not a world-mandatory gate, and it does not include monitoring history yet.
