About Certidão STM (Justiça Militar)
Certidão STM (Justiça Militar) is a hosted service for MCP clients that issues a Brazilian Superior Military Court clearance certificate using a person’s name, CPF, birth date, and mother’s name. It is read-only and billed through prepaid credits per query.

MCP support
The MCP server exposes `stm_certidao_consultar` to MCP clients for certificate requests using a name, CPF, birth date, and mother’s name.
