Details
From the project READMEMCP Partner Hub
A centralized repository for discovering and comparing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers from ISV partners.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) enables AI models to access external tools and data sources through a standardized interface. MCP servers extend AI capabilities by providing access to databases, APIs, and other services.
Why This Repository?
Finding the right MCP server can be challenging. This repository aims to:
- Centralize Information: Collect details about available MCP servers in one place
- Standardize Documentation: Present consistent information about each MCP server
- Simplify Comparison: Help users evaluate and choose the right MCP server for their needs
Getting Started
- Getting Started with MCP Servers - Learn how to set up and use MCP servers
- MCP Server Comparison - Compare different MCP servers to find the right one for your needs

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
