mcp-server-customer-db is an experimental MCP server for accessing an internal customer database. It is intended for exploring safeguards and comparing LLMs for accuracy and cost.
Key features
- 01Access to an internal customer database
- 02Experimentation with safeguards
- 03LLM accuracy and cost evaluation
Use cases
- 01Explore MCP access to a customer database
- 02Test safeguards for database access
- 03Compare LLM accuracy and costs
MCP support
Exposes access to an internal customer database through MCP; the README does not specify the available tools or resources.
Configuration

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
