Environment variables to set
NOCKCHAIN_ENDPOINTSComma-separated host:port list that replaces the default endpoint pool. Prefix an entry with tls:// or plain:// to override the scheme.
NOCKCHAIN_MAX_STALENESS_SECONDSReject an endpoint whose chain state is older than this. Defaults to 900.
NOCKCHAIN_MAX_HEIGHT_LAGReject an endpoint trailing the best height in the pool by more than this. Defaults to 3.

Local servers need a runtime on your machine (e.g. Node.js 18+). Config file locations differ by client; see your client’s docs.
