MCP Compatible AI Agent Ready

UK Parliament Oral Questions and Motions MCP Server

Summary

This MCP server provides structured access to UK Parliament Oral Questions and Motions data using the Model Context Protocol. It enables AI agents to retrieve early day motions, oral questions, and question times through API-backed tools and data access. Developers can integrate the MCP server via stdio transport to query motions, question lists, and answering schedules. The server exposes tools that map directly to the Oral Questions and Motions API for reliable automation and AI agents workflows.

New to MCP?

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.

An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
