estatetrace_a2a_inventory	Query available candidate pre-probate signals by state, county, city, zip code, equity spread, or distress tier.
estatetrace_search_signals	High-level signal discovery across metro counties.
estatetrace_a2a_checkout	Initiate machine checkout for selected leads. Returns HTTP 402 with Base L2 USDC payment instructions and 120s reservation lock.
estatetrace_a2a_settle	Submit on-chain Base L2 tx_hash to verify settlement and receive unblurred lead record with heir skip-trace data.
estatetrace_a2a_status	Check the status of an existing reservation lock or settlement charge.
