About PhilForms
PhilForms is an MCP server for finding, validating, filling, and verifying official Philippine government forms. It is for people preparing forms from agencies including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG; inputs are mapped to printed fields, and unsupported values are rejected with reasons.
Key features
- 01Search a catalogue of government forms
- 02Inspect each form’s fields and input rules
- 03Validate values before filling
- 04Generate filled PDFs with document IDs
- 05Verify whether a filled PDF was altered
Use cases
- 01Find a required Philippine government form
- 02Check entries against a form’s field rules
- 03Prepare a filled PDF for printing and filing
- 04Confirm a previously filled PDF is unaltered
MCP support
It exposes form search, parameter lookup, value checking, PDF filling, and PDF verification tools to MCP clients. The repository contains the MCP client; the PhilForms service is separate and not open source.
Configuration
Local server config is the same for every client. Copy it into your client’s MCP config file.
We haven’t collected a package or remote endpoint for this server. Follow the instructions in the project README.
Tools
Local servers expose tools only once running on your machine, and the maintainer has not provided a tool list.

Lets Claude, Cursor or any MCP client find, fill and verify official Philippine government forms — BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, CSC, GSIS, COA, GPPB — through the PhilForms API. Every input on 1,342 forms is mapped to its printed box, so a TIN lands digit by digit in its cells, and values the form cannot hold are refused with the reason instead of being "fixed".
Not affiliated with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG or any government agency. PhilForms fills and prints; you file.
Tools
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
search_forms | Search the catalogue ("2307", "philhealth claim") → form ids |
get_form_parameters | One form's fill contract: every parameter, label, type, format, choices |
check_form_values | Check values before filling, each as it would print |
fill_form | Fill a form → saved PDF path + tamper-evident document id |
verify_pdf | Check that a filled PDF is unaltered |

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
