Google Maps Leads Scraper: business leads with emails, website audit and outreach, any country

Run on Apify

Google Maps Leads Scraper is an Apify Actor that turns a Google Maps search into ready-to-contact business leads in any country: phone, website, emails and social profiles, a website audit, a HOT/WARM/COLD lead score and an AI-written outreach email per lead, at $0.03 per lead. Filter for businesses without a website, unclaimed listings or new openings.

Price: $0.03 per lead ($0.024 on Gold); $0.08 per business found with the no-website or unclaimed filters · Run it: https://apify.com/automationnation/google-maps-leads · Guide: https://retracn.github.io/automationnation-actors/google-maps-leads/

Quick facts

  • One row per business: name, address, phone in international format, website, email, Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn, rating and reviews.
  • Website audit (0-10 with the issues found), Google profile score and a HOT/WARM/COLD lead score with the reason.
  • AI outreach email, LinkedIn message and SMS for HOT and WARM leads, written about that business.
  • Filters for businesses without a website, unclaimed listings and recently opened businesses; incremental mode for scheduled lead feeds.
  • Any country: locations like "Austin, TX" or "Berlin"; UK leads also get Companies House directors. $0.03 per lead, filtered-out businesses are free.

FAQ

Which countries does it cover? Any country Google Maps covers. Set the two-letter country code so phones are formatted and searches use local IPs when needed.

Can it find businesses without a website? Yes: switch on "Only businesses without a website" to get local businesses with no website on Google Maps, each with an outreach message pitching one. These cost $0.08 each, since finding one takes about ten listing checks.

How much does it cost? $0.03 per lead on Apify's Free plan ($0.024 on Gold and above). With "Only businesses without a website" or "Only unclaimed listings" on, each matching business costs $0.08, because finding one means checking about ten listings. Businesses removed by your filters are free.

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.

An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
