Run commanduvx longpath
Environment variables to set
LONGPATH_CONFIGPath to longpath.toml (java_home, mpxj_classpath, max_rows, allow_writes). Optional: .xer and MS Project XML need no config.
LONGPATH_HOMEFolder searched for longpath.toml when LONGPATH_CONFIG is not set (default: a longpath folder in %LOCALAPPDATA%, or ~/.local/share/longpath).
JAVA_HOMEA Java 11+ runtime, used only to open .mpp / P6 XML files through MPXJ (install longpath[mpp] for the MPXJ jars).

Local servers need a runtime on your machine (e.g. Node.js 18+). Config file locations differ by client; see your client’s docs.
