Details

From the project README

Saaskly MCP server

Independent UK reviews, rankings and real pricing for business software, available to AI agents as a public MCP server and REST API.

Saaskly reviews business software first-hand or researches it thoroughly, scores it out of 5, and publishes the month-to-month price next to the annual-commit price so buyers see the real cost. Everything published on the site is readable by agents through the interfaces below. No account, no API key, no cost.

This repository holds the public manifests for the hosted server (server.json for the MCP Registry, .mcp.json and mcp.json for plugin directories). The server itself runs at https://saaskly.com/mcp and its source lives in the site's private codebase.

  • compare_two (category, providerA, providerB): summarises the spec-sheet differences and both editorial verdicts, with source URLs.

New to MCP?

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.

An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
