No authentication is required for these four read-only public catalog tools: search_land, get_land_listing, compare_land_listings, and read_source_coverage. Results preserve source links, observation timestamps, listing freshness, and whether a quoted price is cash, a down payment, or another price basis. Public catalog results do not include private account, document, deal or user records.
Search defaults to observations within the past seven days. Verify availability, total price, boundaries and terms with the source before acting. Comparisons do not appraise land or recommend an investment.
