MCP support

It exposes tools for property search, property details, and Google Maps real estate searches to MCP clients. A local stdio bridge forwards requests to the nexgendata Apify MCP endpoint.

Configuration

Local server config is the same for every client. Copy it into your client’s MCP config file.

Real Estate MCP Server

Search properties via Redfin and Google Maps real estate data — powered by nexgendata on Apify.

Quick Start

Using npx (recommended)
npx @nexgendata/real-estate-mcp-server
Install globally
npm install -g @nexgendata/real-estate-mcp-server

How It Works

This MCP server acts as a local stdio bridge to the nexgendata Apify MCP endpoint. When you call a tool, it forwards the request to Apify and returns the results.
