Key features
- 01SEC-derived dilution and facility data
- 02Point-in-time company and share data
- 03Dilution screening across covered tickers
- 04SEC filings and corporate events
- 05Quotes, daily bars, and news
Use cases
- 01Review a company's active dilution facilities
- 02Check historical cash, float, and facilities
- 03Screen stocks by price, ATM status, and runway
- 04Summarize recent filings and offering news
MCP support
Exposes 14 tools for U.S. equity dilution forensics, market data, SEC filings, and news through a remote HTTP MCP server. Authentication supports API keys; MCP OAuth is also available for compatible clients.
Configuration
Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

Details
From the project READMESNACS MCP Server
Connect your AI assistant to live SEC dilution forensics, market data, and news for U.S. equities updated in real-time.
https://mcp.snacs.trade - remote MCP server, HTTP transport, no local install.
What you can ask
- "Pull the full dilution chain state for TICKER - active shelfs, ATMs, warrants, converts."
- "What was this company's cash, float, and active facilities on 2024-12-31?" (point-in-time, no lookahead bias)
- "Screen for stocks under $5 with an active ATM and less than 6 months of runway."
- "Summarize today's 8-Ks and offering-related news for my watchlist."
Setup
You need an API key: snacs.trade/api -> subscribe -> account settings -> API keys (snacs_sk_live_...).
On claude.ai (web), no key is needed: Settings -> Connectors -> Add custom connector -> URL https://mcp.snacs.trade (leave the advanced fields empty) -> Connect, then sign in with your SNACS account and approve. The server is an OAuth 2.1 protected resource (PKCE S256, DCR); clients that speak MCP OAuth discover it automatically. API keys keep working everywhere else.
The server accepts the key two ways: Authorization: Bearer snacs_sk_... (shown below) or a plain X-API-Key: snacs_sk_... header (useful for gateways and directories that inject a single key header).

snacs_coverage_list | List covered tickers for a dimension ('forensic-dilution' or 'market-data'), keyset-paginated. |
snacs_dilution_get | Forensic dilution snapshot for a ticker: share counts, facility capacity, runway, and dilution risk state extracted from SEC filings. |
snacs_dilution_asof_get | Point-in-time forensic state as of a date (YYYY-MM-DD): the share checkpoint effective on/before it, facilities in force, events up to it. |

New to MCP?
From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
