MCP support

Canisell provides a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server at `https://api.canisell.xyz/mcp`. Its metadata and sample tools are free, while `check_base_token` uses x402 payment.

Pay-per-call risk verdicts (SAFE / CAUTION / DANGER) for newly launched ERC-20 tokens on Base, paid in USDC over x402. No accounts, no API keys.
