Key features

  1. 01Publish pages and supported files to public URLs
  2. 02Update or delete published pages
  3. 03View page traffic and referrers
  4. 04Set passwords and expiry dates
  5. 05Manage custom domains
  6. 06Read page form submissions

Use cases

  1. 01Publish a webpage created by an AI client
  2. 02Update a published page without changing its URL
  3. 03Protect a page or set its expiry
  4. 04Review submissions collected through a page

MCP support

Yapp is a hosted remote MCP server at `https://yapp.page/mcp`, using Streamable HTTP and OAuth 2.1. It exposes tools for publishing and managing pages, domains, and form submissions.

Configuration

Remote servers need no local install. Pick your client, then copy the config or install in one click.

Copy install command
Claude CodeTerminal
Cursor.cursor/mcp.json
VS Code.vscode/mcp.json
Claude Desktopclaude_desktop_config.json
Windsurf~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json

Run commands in a terminal; paste JSON into the client’s MCP config and restart. Servers that need sign-in will prompt on first connect.

Yapp

Publish a webpage to a live URL, straight from your AI.

yapp.page is a hosted Model Context Protocol server. Connect it to your AI, ask it to build and publish a page, and you get back a live, shareable link in seconds. It handles HTML, PDFs, ZIP sites, images and landing pages, and you can update, password-protect, set an expiry, attach a custom domain, or read form submissions just by asking.

It runs as a remote server, so there's nothing to install or run locally. You sign in with your account (OAuth), or use a token for terminal clients. Free to start.

This repository is the public home and docs for the hosted yapp.page service. The server runs at https://yapp.page/mcp, so there's nothing to clone or run here.

Endpoint

https://yapp.page/mcp

Transport: Streamable HTTP. Auth: OAuth 2.1, per user (each person's pages go to their own account).

Connect

Full setup for every client is at yapp.page/mcp.

  • Claude (web & desktop): Settings, then Connectors, then "Add custom connector". Paste https://yapp.page/mcp and sign in. Open a new chat and switch the connector on with the + button.
  • ChatGPT (Developer Mode): Settings, then Apps & Connectors, then "Create app". Set the MCP Server URL to https://yapp.page/mcp and Authentication to OAuth.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http yapp https://yapp.page/mcp
  • Cursor: Settings, then MCP, then add an http server with the URL https://yapp.page/mcp.
  • Codex CLI: create a Personal Access Token at Settings, then Connect AI clients, then run codex mcp add yapp --url https://yapp.page/mcp --bearer-token-env-var YAPP_TOKEN.

New to MCP?

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.

An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
