MCP support
The MCP server makes Zerocracy management advice available to MCP clients; the README demonstrates configuration with Claude Desktop.
Configuration
Local server config is the same for every client. Copy it into your client’s MCP config file.
Tools
Local servers expose tools only once running on your machine, and the maintainer has not provided a tool list.

If you let Zerocracy help manage your product development,
you may also enjoy integrating its management advice into your
AI agent. For example, Claude Desktop becomes smarter when connected
to Zerocracy via this MCP server.
Add the following configuration to the claude-desktop-config.json file
of Claude Desktop (you can get the token from Zerocracy):
{
"mcpServers": {
"zerocracy": {
"command": "npx",
"args": [
"-y",
"zerocracy/zerocracy-mcp-server",
],
"env": {
"ZEROCRACY_TOKEN": "<YOUR-ZEROCRACY-TOKEN>"
}
}
}
}
Then, restart Claude Desktop and ask it something along these lines: "How is the development of my product progressing? Give me management advice." If you add the GitHub MCP server too, you can truly enjoy AI-driven vibe-management.

From what the protocol is to installing your first server, these answers cover most first questions.
An open protocol that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data in a uniform way. Clients talk to the model; MCP servers provide tools, resources and prompt templates. They exchange standard messages, so one server can be reused by many clients.
