About atona
Atọ́nà is an agent skill for carrying initiatives from an idea through delivery and verification. It chooses the relevant planning path and specialist skills, while bounded requests for behavior contracts or delivery breakdowns return those results directly.
Key features
- 01Maintains one current plan
- 02Invokes specialist skills for results
- 03Supports initiative exploration and delivery
- 04Handles behavior-contract requests as standalone work
- 05Handles delivery decomposition as standalone work
Use cases
- 01Taking an initiative from idea to verified outcome
- 02Exploring options when direction is unclear
- 03Producing a behavior contract without starting an initiative
- 04Returning a delivery breakdown as a bounded result

From the project READMEAtọ́nà
Own progression from the idea to the requested outcome. Keep one current plan, invoke specialist skills for their results, and continue authorized work until the outcome is built and verified. A plan, ticket set, or specialist handoff is an intermediate result when the user requested a build.
For every mode, obtain planning inputs through native readers or applicable document specialists. Use iwadi for substantive unresolved research and report any acquisition or readiness gap from the native capability. Missing or partially retrieved requirements remain readiness gaps; a source summary does not confirm a requirement.
When the requested stopping point is a behavior contract—including behavior-contract mode or an ordinary request to write or refine a behavior specification—read behavior contract and return that standalone result. When the requested stopping point is delivery decomposition, read delivery decomposition and return that standalone result. Do not start an initiative or require a living HTML plan for either bounded result. These branches remain usable by delivery and review callers.
For exploration, planning or delivery of an initiative, read initiative progression. It owns the living HTML plan, delivery integration, continuity and closure. When no useful direction is apparent, its ideation and progressive-shaping branches develop alternatives and choose what to learn next. Bounded contract and decomposition requests stop at their own results.
