Details
From the project READMEBrand Trust Review
Use this skill to convert a brand trust, proof, claims, privacy promises, pricing clarity, support reputation, and customer confidence question into a concrete artifact with owners, gates, metrics, and recovery paths.
Workflow
- Identify audience skepticism, category expectations, risk perception, claim types, proof assets, pricing/checkout trust, and support reputation.
- Read
references/brand-trust-patterns.md. - Classify trust surface: awareness page, pricing/checkout, onboarding, store listing, privacy/security page, AI feature, marketplace profile, or support flow.
- Evaluate promise/proof fit, specificity, reversibility, human support, policy clarity, visual credibility, social proof quality, and failure recovery.
- Produce trust audit, claim/proof matrix, decision table, event schema, copy guidance, and risk checklist.
When not to use
- Do not use for generic advice the base model already handles without this skill's specific artifact contract.
Guardrails
- Do not invent proof, customer logos, security claims, benchmarks, ratings, guarantees, or compliance status.
- Do not use vague “trusted by everyone” claims when concrete evidence, risk reducers, and limits are needed.
- Do not hide pricing, cancellation, privacy, AI limitations, or support constraints behind persuasion copy.
- Do not optimize trust by adding dark patterns, fake urgency, fake scarcity, or manipulative testimonials.
