comet-runtime-diagnose is a skill for diagnosing Comet Runtime reports by comparing source code, installed files, generated assets, platform metadata, and tests. It classifies the issue and reports evidence and a minimal next step; changes are not made unless requested.

先读取 ../comet-github/references/maintainer-contract.md。修改源码或重新安装前，先完成诊断。
确定问题边界
将报告分类为以下一种或多种：
- 本地安装过期或不完整；
- 项目/全局配置或路径归属问题；
- 源码/Runtime 逻辑缺陷；
- 生成资产漂移；
- 平台注册、安装或卸载不一致；
- 文档或生命周期契约不一致。
检查当前源码、已安装文件、生成资产、平台元数据、生命周期 JSON/配置和相关测试。涉及真实执行时，静态配置检查不足以得出结论。
执行真实路径
- 使用宿主提供的项目
cwd和实际平台标识（如果有），调用生成/打包后的 Router 或 Runtime。 - 必要时检查被保护和允许的阶段，以及缺少或存在歧义的项目上下文。
- 跨平台工作对照规范平台注册表，检查每个受影响的 adapter；不要用短的手写平台列表替代规范注册表。
- 怀疑源码时，对照源码入口、生成 bundle、Manifest 和已安装副本。
- 区分项目级和全局 Hook 归属；缺少可信宿主上下文时保持中立，不要自行扫描当前进程目录。
报告诊断结果
返回观察到的命令/路径、预期契约、实际结果、分类、证据和最小下一步。明确问题是可复现、仅配置、仅生成物，还是生产缺陷。
除非用户要求，不修改源码、生成资产、安装状态或 GitHub Issue。用户授权修复时，交给 comet-github-issue-fix，并从源码重新构建生成 Runtime 后再验证。
