About domain-driven-design

A development skill for domain-driven design decisions, from strategic modeling to domain implementation patterns. It starts with concise rules and points to a longer reference when needed.

Key features

  1. 01Strategic domain modeling
  2. 02Ubiquitous language and bounded contexts
  3. 03Context mapping
  4. 04Aggregates and repositories
  5. 05Domain services and model-driven design
  6. 06Short rules with a deeper reference

Use cases

  1. 01Defining bounded contexts
  2. 02Mapping relationships between contexts
  3. 03Designing aggregates and repositories

Domain-Driven Design Skill

Use this skill when a task involves strategic domain modeling, ubiquitous language, bounded contexts, context mapping, aggregates, repositories, domain services, or model-driven design.

Before making design or code decisions, read and apply domain-driven-design.mini.md. Use domain-driven-design.md only as a deeper reference when the mini rules are not enough for the current domain-modeling tradeoff.
