About handoff
handoff is an Agent skill that turns the current conversation into a handoff document for a new Agent. It saves the document in the system temporary directory, identifies recommended skills, avoids duplicating existing artifacts, and omits sensitive information.

Copy the command and run it in a terminal.

Details
From the project README将当前对话总结为一份交接文档，方便一个全新的智能体继续工作。保存到用户操作系统的临时目录（$TMPDIR，否则为 /tmp；Windows 上为 %TEMP%），而不是当前工作区。
文档中需要包含"建议技能"部分，指明下一个 agent 应该为哪些技能调用 Skill 工具。
不要重复复制已经记录在其他产物中的内容（spec、计划、ADR、Issue、commit、diff）。用路径或 URL 引用它们。
隐去所有敏感信息，如 API 密钥、密码或个人身份信息。
如果用户传入了参数，将其视为对下一个会话关注点的描述，据此调整文档内容。
