About handoff
handoff is a skill that creates a session handoff document so a new agent can continue the work. It saves the file in the operating system's temporary directory and reports its absolute path for later reference.

Copy the command and run it in a terminal.

Details
From the project README写一份交接文档，总结当前会话，让一个新的 agent 能继续这项工作。保存到用户操作系统的临时目录，不是当前工作区。
默认按以下结构组织，材料不需要的节可以省略：当前目标与状态、已完成、未完成与下一步、关键文件与命令、风险与待确认问题。
在文档中加一个“建议 skill”小节，点名下一个 agent 应当用 Skill 工具调用哪些 skill。
不要重复已经在其他产物（任务要求、计划、ADR、issue、commit、diff）中记录的内容。用路径或 URL 引用它们。
对敏感信息脱敏，比如 API key、密码或个人身份信息。
如果用户传了参数，把它们当作对下一次会话重点的描述，据此调整文档。
写完后把文件的绝对路径告诉用户，供下一次会话引用。
