边界
- 仅迁移词汇内容，不推断或迁移未证实的复习进度。
update只修改词条内容；学习状态只能由实际record_review结果推进。- 本 Skill 不定义出题、提示、反馈或复习频率。
workflows/是独立的可选推荐层，不属于本 Skill 的接口契约。
