- Refresh the requested result, boundaries, and proof of done.
- Take the smallest action that creates meaningful progress.
- Resolve failures and ambiguity at the point they affect the result.
- Verify the changed behavior and report limits or remaining work.
Use the detailed guide for work that needs collaboration, recovery from a rejected approach, or a more involved handoff. Do not add unrelated scope just to stay busy.
