Launch Narrative Review

Use this skill to make a launch understandable, credible, and worth sharing.

Workflow

  1. Identify audience, launch type, novelty, product truth, proof, channel, and desired action.
  2. Read references/launch-narrative-systems.md.
  3. Map problem, old way, new way, product proof, audience fit, objections, and CTA.
  4. Separate narrative, claims, evidence, demo assets, distribution channels, and support readiness.
  5. Produce a launch narrative with channel adaptations and claim-risk review.

When not to use

  • Do not use for generic advice the base model already handles without this skill's specific artifact contract.

Guardrails

  • Do not overclaim uniqueness, AI capability, revenue impact, security, privacy, or policy compliance.
  • Do not use hype when proof, demo, or user value is weak.
  • Keep launch copy consistent with product behavior, pricing, support, and roadmap.
