Key features
- 01Decision context and constraints
- 02Comparable opportunity definitions
- 03Multifactor scoring
- 04Sensitivity analysis
- 05Validation steps and evidence
Use cases
- 01Prioritizing product opportunities
- 02Comparing initiatives under capacity limits
- 03Testing how assumptions affect rankings

From the project READMEOpportunity Scoring Review
Use this skill to prioritize opportunities without pretending a spreadsheet is objective truth.
Workflow
- Identify decision context, time horizon, capacity, constraints, and strategic goal.
- Read
references/opportunity-scoring-systems.md. - Normalize opportunities into comparable user problems or business outcomes.
- Score impact, confidence, effort, risk, urgency, revenue leverage, strategic fit, and learning value.
- Produce ranked recommendations plus sensitivity analysis and next validation step.
When not to use
- Do not use for generic advice the base model already handles without this skill's specific artifact contract.
Guardrails
- Do not score vague feature ideas before defining the opportunity and target outcome.
- Do not treat low-confidence big numbers as precise.
- Do not ignore dependency, sequencing, support cost, or trust risk.
Output format
Prioritization goal:
Constraints:
Ranked opportunities:
1. <opportunity> — score, rationale, evidence, next proof
Sensitivity:
- <factor that could change ranking>
Recommended sequence:
- now / next / later / reject
